Verification is required to unlock higher messaging tiers, the green tick and official business display.
Documents typically accepted in India: Udyam, Certificate of Incorporation, business PAN, or a recent utility bill in the business name. The legal name on the document must match the legal business name in Meta Business Manager exactly.
