Yes. Broadcasto charges a platform fee billed via Razorpay. Meta charges per conversation per Meta's WhatsApp Business pricing and bills your card on file with Meta directly — Broadcasto does not mark up Meta's charges.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan lets you connect the official WhatsApp Business API, test templates and use the shared inbox with a small monthly free conversation quota from Meta.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes are pro-rated and take effect immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, per our refund policy. Pro-rated subscription value can be refunded subject to the terms on /refund-policy.
