Tier upgrades require: a high quality rating (low spam reports), business verification complete, and consistently messaging high volumes. A drop in quality (red flag) can pause the account from initiating new conversations.
Broadcasto surfaces the current tier and quality rating in the dashboard, plus alerts when quality drops.
