Green tick is not a paid upgrade — Meta evaluates each application on brand notability. Approval rates are higher for brands with mainstream press, large social audiences, app-store presence or being category leaders.
Apply from Broadcasto Settings > WhatsApp Profile after Business Verification is complete. Most decisions arrive in 7-30 days.
