BroadcastoThe WhatsApp Display Name must match the registered business name, be unique, free of all-caps, free of URLs and free of generic terms. Meta reviews every name change and can suspend numbers that violate the policy.
Common rejection reasons: only contains a category (e.g. Real Estate), uses ALL CAPS, contains a website URL, includes a phone number, or does not match the verified business name. After three rejections, the name field is locked for 30 days.
Broadcasto pre-validates display names before submitting them to Meta to reduce rejections.
