BroadcastoTwo-step verification is a 6-digit PIN Meta requires on every WhatsApp Business API number. It prevents anyone from re-registering the number on a new device without the PIN. Broadcasto sets and stores the PIN during embedded signup; rotate it from Settings.
Never lose the 2FA PIN — without it, recovering the number requires a Meta support ticket that can take days. If the PIN is forgotten, you may have to wait seven days before resetting via SMS to the registered number.
