An Indian Marketing conversation costs around ₹0.78, Utility around ₹0.11, Authentication around ₹0.13 (rates change — check Meta's official page). The first 1,000 service conversations per month are free.
Broadcasto bills WhatsApp conversation costs at Meta's standard rate and does not mark them up. Platform fees are charged separately.
