BroadcastoWhatsApp Cloud API message data is stored on Meta's infrastructure in regional data centres. For Indian customers, Broadcasto stores conversation, contact and template data on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). The DPA (Data Processing Agreement) covers GDPR-style protections.
For regulated industries (finance, healthcare), sign a DPA before going live. Broadcasto's standard DPA is published at /dpa and covers SCC clauses, sub-processors and breach notification timelines.
